The University of Tennessee Health Science Center is conducting a search for its next Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education and Chair of the Department of Medical Education. The Department of Medical Education was developed to consolidate leadership of the education enterprise to meet the challenges of delivering medical care, research, and academic teaching in the coming decades. As Senior Associate Dean, he/she will oversee the offices of clinical education, basic science education, clinical integration, and LCME accreditation. As Chair, he/she will build on our successful medical education program through recruitment and promotion of faculty in the Department and development of innovative teaching methods.
